Selena Tribute Concert at NYCB Theatre at Westbury April 16th

GENESSA & THE SELENA EXPERIENCE celebrate the life of the Queen of Cumbia and the music that she left behind. In an energetic and captivating performance, singer Genessa Escobar leads the Selena Experience through performances of Selena favorites such as “Amor Prohibido,” “No Me Queda Mas,” “Bidi Bidi Bom Bom,” and “Techno Cumbia.” Genessa & The Selena Experience began performing in 2015, 20 years after Selena’s death. “Never in a million years did I expect to be resurrecting my childhood passion through a tribute concert in memory of Selena,” said Genessa.

Take your ears on a world tour and come hear the international sound of LOS CINTRON. Popular around the world, The Cintron Brothers play a mix of World, Latin, and Flamenco music and are also known as the greatest Gypsy Kings Tribute Band. Their music is expansive, they sing with the souls of gypsies, and they transport their audiences through a journey that moves their fans to dance, sing and cry.

Also performing is Linda Linn, a sultry Latina singer from Brooklyn who now calls Long Island her home. Linda Linn is a performer who shows off her versatile style singing both in English and Spanish. Her current single is “Que Te Valla Bien.”
