Kmart® Sears and Shop Your Way® Team Up with New York’s WLIB and WBLS To Sponsor Radio Personality Liz Black’s 5th Annual Coat Drive

This year, Kmart®, Sears ® and Shop Your Way® have all teamed up with Stellar Award-winning syndicated radio personality, Liz Black, and New York City’s powerhouse urban radio stations, WBLS 107.5 FM and WLIB 1190 AM, to sponsor Black’s 5th annual family coat drive.

The holidays are the perfect time to support the family coat drive,” says Thomas Song, Director of Partnerships for Sears. ” We are excited to support Liz and sponsor her cause along with WBLS and WLIB. We are pleased to help those in need by using Sears and Kmart stores in the five boroughs and Yonkers to collect new or gently worn coats. For the public’s convenience, our stores have a terrific selection of coats for men, women and children if members of the community need to purchase a coat for this worthy cause.”

“The need is greater than ever,” says. Black. “I’m happy that the community can come together and help those who can’t afford coats, so that they can stay warm during the winter.” Black will be doing live-remotes promoting the coat drives @ 1-4 PM at these Sears locations:

December 1st – 2307 Beverley Rd, Brooklyn, NY 11226

-The Songs of Solomon Choir will perform live.
