Cross County Shopping Center Kicks Off Drive-In Movie Series

Cross County Shopping Center in Yonkers will kick off the SummerFest Drive-In Movie series Wednesdays in July.  The event will begin July 8th at dusk and continue every Wednesday through July 29.  (*weather permitting) 

The outdoor screen is approximately 45 feet tall and will be located in the north parking lot, near Olive Garden and Longhorn Steakhouse.  Tickets will go on sale starting June 29 for $20 per car.  Capacity is 125 cars and guests will receive access to an FM radio station to listen to the film from within their car.  Guests will be permitted to use beach chairs outside their car but must maintain social distancing. For the price of admission, ticket holders will also receive special discount coupons for food vendors at Cross County Center including Applebee’s, TGI Friday’s and more. Additionally, different food trucks will be present at each event. Tickets will be available via the Cross County website, www.crosscountycenter.com/events.

The SummerFest Drive-In Movie Series includes fan favorite movies, as chosen by customers via Cross County Shopping Center social media pages, including:

  • July 8: The Sandlot
  • July 15: Grease
  • July 22: Men in Black
  • July 29: Jurassic Park

We are excited to offer this to our customers and welcome them back with open arms.”
