Want a fitness plan just for you? The new app Fit For Good promises just that. It is a personalized fitness and nutrition system — whole doing good for the community.

With Fit For Good, users choose a program providing on-demand workouts to personalized training and nutrition plans. To start, a client’s plan will be developed for their first two weeks. Coaches and clients work together to determine how to adjust plans throughout a program, so that clients are progressing, while also varying workouts, to keep it fresh and fun.

Users don’t need access to a gym or any home equipment to get in shape. Fit For Good coaches design plans around the lifestyles of users, so their fitness routines can easily become integrated into their daily lives. Every program is built into the app, and provides each client with the level of personal training and support they choose.

Since giving back is at the heart of Fit For Good’s mission, each month, a portion of the membership fees are donated to help provide fitness and nutrition programs for students in need via To help keep clients motivated, Fit For Good also provides clients with additional challenges throughout the month to unlock even greater donations.

Fit For Good CEO Sharon O’Donnell says, “Working toward something greater while pursuing your personal fitness goals can create lifelong habits – and empower every one of our members to make a difference for others. That’s the higher purpose at the heart of Fit For Good.”
