Magical Wellness Retreats Popping Up At Hamptons Homes: Escape From City With Wellness On Wheels

Hamptons Wellness on Wheels might just be the ultimate Hamptons staycation retreat that educates, nourishes, and leaves the body feeling strong and sexy.

Dynamic duo Sara Colleti and Ross Youmans discovered a gap in the market and had their “aha” moment when they found a way to make fitness routines more convenient.

After noticing stressed out clients at the gym, they decided to bring knowledgeable fitness and wellness professionals into Hamptons homes, creating a magical wellness oasis weekend. Offering a blend of personal/small group training, yoga/meditation, nutrition seminars and chef’s dinners and massages, Hamptons on Wheels organizes bachelorette parties, mom’s night out (a dinner for moms to unwind), work retreats (team building), and weekend warriors (for a full workout weekend).

The dynamic duo can comment on the following hot topics:
-How to balance exercise and work while in the same living quarters
-Beauty tips for a busy fit girl with a sporty look
-How to eat like a personal trainer every day
-Fitness goal setting, time management, movement in sports, and fitness programing 101

Colleti says, “The Hamptons is a place for people to escape the city during the summer or pop in to zone out on the beach, followed by a great meal. One thing we have noticed is when people are here, whether vacationing or as seasonal working locals, they tend to leave their fitness habits behind.”

Youmans continues, “Every Staycay Retreat is tailored toward the group. We don’t have cookie cutter programs. We will offer add ons such as lash extensions, spray tans, house cleaning, and more. When we schedule a Staycay Retreat, we discuss client wishes and goals for the weekend to create the perfect itinerary.”
