MOJA: A Music Saga The History of Black Music from Africa to America Single “Triumph” Debuts at #35 on Billboard Charts and Launches ‘MOJA Did You Know’ Factoids

MOJA: A Music Saga, an eight-volume set of the history of Black Music from the drums of Africa to America’s Jazz, Blues, and Gospel; latest inspiring single, “Triumph,” debuts at #35 on the Billboard Mainstream Top 40 Indicator chart and fuels launch of “MOJA Did You Know?” factoids on social media.  

“Triumph” is making its way across radio formats with its fusion of r and b, hip hop, African beats, gospel-infused vocals, and inspirational lyrics featuring MOJA’s co-executive producer, Grammy-nominated composer, producer, Ghanian-born, East St. Louis, IL raised master of the djembe (a West African drum) Weedie Braimah and Munir Zakee on the Silver Talon label.

Adding to the celebration of “Triumph” cracking the Billboard Top 40 Indicator Chart, MOJA: A Music Saga is launching “MOJA Did You Know?” factoids on Instagram, Facebook, and social media platforms. The complete eight-volume set of MOJA: A Music Saga was submitted for a Grammy Award Nomination consideration by voting members of the Recording Academy.
