
Many of the members “The 100” are leaders of other organizations on local, regional, and national levels. These men serve as trailblazers and role models for today’s youth who will assume their positions tomorrow. Through example and leadership training, our members work tirelessly to help empower mentees to build character and create hope, aspirations, plans, and futures. Our motto, “What They See Is What They’ll Be” is epitomized in the servant leadership of our members.
The 100 Black Men of Eastern New York, Inc. attracted a diverse group of professionals and small business owners from throughout the Eastern District of New York to its Networking Soirée at AG Steakhouse, Westbury, New York. The 100 Black Men of Eastern New York, Inc.’s goal of hosting the soirée was to share its mission with diverse stakeholder and inform them of its core mission of “Four For The Future” by engaging their stakeholders to become partners of the “100” by aligning with them and assisting them to carry out their mission.
The 100 Black Men of Eastern New York, Inc. was incorporated on December 27th, 2021. The 100 Black Men of Eastern New York, Inc. is comprised of the counties of Kings (Brooklyn), Nassau, Queens, Richmond, and Suffolk and concurrently with the Southern District, the waters within the counties of Bronx and New York. The founders of 100 Black Men of Eastern New York, Inc. have a long and lengthy history of service and commitment to the community.
The 100 Black Men of Eastern New York, Inc. was formed to address the current issues of our day in our community and to build upon the illustrious foundation of the men who paved the way for a more just and equitable society. Together the group is determined to use every ounce of their ability to have a positive impact on their problems, challenges, and opportunities, and provide viable solutions. The 100 Black Men of Eastern New York, Inc. has grown from its Long Island origins to serve a larger geographic area attracting diverse corporate partners, diverse stakeholders and leaders who are committed to building upon its core focus areas of mentoring, education, health and wellness and economic empowerment.
In addition to the its own founding principles the 100 Black Men of Eastern New York, Inc. adheres to the 100 Black Men of America, Inc.’s mission of “Four For The Future” which includes mentoring, education, health and wellness, and economic empowerment.

About Founding President: Phil Andrews is the current President of the 100 Black Men of Eastern New York, Inc. and has appeared on WABC Here and Now, NBC’s Positively Black and was featured in Black Enterprise as a BE Modern Man. He has served as a Past President of local chapter of 100 Black Men of America, Inc. as a two-term president.
The 100 Black Men of Eastern New York, Inc. has been featured in Newsday, New York Trend Newspaper, Black Westchester Newspaper, Harlem World Magazine, Long Island Business News, Long Island Press, Southeast Queens Scoop, Black Star News, and City & State Magazine, etc.
