Delta Air Lines announced that it will resume daily nonstop service between New York’s JFK Airport and Tel Aviv (TLV) since September 1. This marks a significant step in reconnecting travelers between the U.S. and Israel, offering both business and leisure passengers convenient access to the region.

Flights will be operated on Delta’s state-of-the-art Airbus A330-900neo, featuring four distinct product experiences: Delta One, Delta Premium Select, Delta Comfort, and Delta Main Cabin, ensuring passengers can select the level of comfort that best suits their needs. Travelers will enjoy lie-flat seating in Delta One, premium dining, and Delta Studio’s onboard entertainment system, along with fast, complimentary Wi-Fi for SkyMiles members throughout the flight.

In addition to Delta’s own flights, travelers can continue to book seats on partner airlines Air France and KLM, providing more flexibility and connections for those heading beyond Tel Aviv to other international destinations.

Delta emphasized that the safety of passengers and crew remains its top priority. The airline continuously monitors evolving security conditions and makes operational decisions based on guidance from intelligence reports and relevant authorities. This ongoing assessment ensures that flights operate under the safest possible conditions while maintaining reliability for travelers.

“Resuming daily service to Tel Aviv demonstrates Delta’s commitment to connecting our customers to key global destinations,” said a Delta spokesperson. “We are excited to provide a seamless travel experience, combining world-class service with the convenience of nonstop flights from New York.”

The return of Delta’s Tel Aviv route is part of the airline’s broader strategy to expand international offerings from major U.S. hubs. In recent years, Delta has strengthened its global network, adding new nonstop routes to Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, while upgrading in-flight experiences and enhancing lounge offerings at JFK and other international gateways.

Tel Aviv, known for its vibrant cultural scene, Mediterranean beaches, and thriving tech sector, has long been a popular destination for both tourism and business travel. The resumption of daily flights allows travelers easier access to the city’s bustling energy and surrounding regions, whether for vacation, work, or family visits.

Tickets for Delta’s daily New York–Tel Aviv flights are now available for booking, offering travelers flexible options and a safe, comfortable journey across the Atlantic. With this route back in operation, Delta reinforces its position as a leading carrier connecting New York to the world.
