Hilton Dominates Condé Nast Traveler’s 2025 Readers’ Choice Awards

Hilton has once again cemented its position as a leader in global hospitality, earning widespread recognition in the 2025 Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards. The survey, now in its 38th year, spotlights the travel experiences readers love most, including hotels, resorts, airlines, and cruise lines. Hilton’s extensive portfolio impressed readers in both U.S. and U.K. markets, with over 47 properties recognized, including first-place rankings for four hotels and 19 placements in the top five within their respective categories.

The Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts brand stood out with three first-place honors in the U.S.: The Roosevelt New Orleans claimed the No. 1 Hotel in New Orleans, Waldorf Astoria Park City topped the Mountain West resort category, and Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal was recognized as the No. 1 Resort in Western Mexico. These accolades underscore the brand’s reputation for timeless elegance, exceptional service, and once-in-a-lifetime guest experiences. In 2025, the brand also reopened the Waldorf Astoria New York as its flagship property, marking a new era for luxury accommodations.

Luxury-focused Conrad Hotels & Resorts earned multiple top-five placements worldwide. Highlights include Conrad Tokyo as the No. 4 Hotel in Japan, Conrad Beijing ranked No. 4 in Beijing, Conrad Seoul at No. 4 in Northern Asia, and Conrad Bangkok and Conrad Dubai landing in the top five of their respective regions.

LXR Hotels & Resorts also made its mark, with ROKU KYOTO named No. 6 Hotel in Japan and Arizona Biltmore ranked No. 7 Resort in the Southwest. The newly signed Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort & Spa earned the No. 8 Resort in the Southwest, reflecting the brand’s expansion in premier destinations.

Hilton’s flagship Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand was celebrated across the U.S., with properties such as Hilton Anaheim (No. 7 Hotel in Southern California), Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa (No. 7 Resort in Florida), The Wit Chicago (No. 8 Hotel in Chicago), and Hilton Anatole (No. 12 Hotel in Texas).

The Curio Collection by Hilton also achieved top honors, led by The Art Hotel Denver, which ranked No. 1 in Colorado and No. 31 globally. Other standout properties include Zachari Dunes on Mandalay Beach (No. 2 Resort in Southern California) and Baker’s Cay Key Largo and Casa Marina Key West securing top spots in the Florida Keys. Meanwhile, Tapestry Collection by Hilton’s Hotel Marcel New Haven was recognized as the No. 4 Hotel in the Northeast.

U.K. readers similarly lauded Hilton properties, with Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah (No. 3 Hotel in the Middle East), Waldorf Astoria Berlin (No. 10 Hotel in Rest of Europe), Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills (No. 17 in Rest of USA), NoMad London (No. 33 Hotel in London), and Hilton Molino Stucky Venice (No. 3 Hotel in Italy) among the notable winners.
