Hilton’s Luxury & Lifestyle Hot List: A Transformative 2025 and Bold Expansion Ahead in 2026

Hilton closes 2025 with a milestone worthy of a global spotlight: 1,000 luxury and lifestyle hotels now span its rapidly expanding portfolio, with nearly 500 additional properties in development. This defining moment capped a year marked by innovative openings, elevated guest experiences, and a forward-looking vision that reimagines what luxury means for today’s travelers. As the company looks ahead to 2026, Hilton is doubling down on purposeful travel—experiences shaped by cultural connection, multi-generational exploration, and a deeper sense of place.

Dino Michael, Hilton’s Global Category Head of Luxury Brands & Branded Residential, emphasized that the past year’s success set the stage for an ambitious new chapter. He noted that travelers today seek shared family journeys, meaningful cultural immersion, and quiet escapes designed for personal reflection. Hilton’s strategy for 2026 centers on meeting these desires with experiences that feel refined, intentional, and unforgettable.

The year ahead will bring a wave of flagship openings across Hilton’s luxury brands—Waldorf Astoria, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, LXR Hotels & Resorts, and Signia by Hilton. These highly anticipated properties span continents and represent some of Hilton’s most ambitious projects yet.

Waldorf Astoria will introduce standout destinations including the elegant Waldorf Astoria Rabat Salé in Morocco’s Mohammed VI Tower and the meticulously restored Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch, set to become one of London’s premier luxury hotels. In Asia, Waldorf Astoria Kuala Lumpur will bring the brand’s signature sophistication to Malaysia for the first time.

Conrad Hotels & Resorts is expanding with a strong footprint in Greece and Asia. Conrad Athens The Ilisian, opening early 2026, will anchor a major mixed-use project featuring residences, a private club, and nine dining venues. Nearby, Conrad Corfu will deliver an eco-luxury resort experience rooted in Greek culture and natural beauty. Additional openings include Conrad Kuala Lumpur, Conrad Nagoya, and Conrad Riyadh Laysen Valley, each blending local artistry with contemporary design.

Hilton’s luxury collection brand, LXR Hotels & Resorts, will debut new destinations such as The Den Bengaluru in India and Sandblu Santorini, a cliffside sanctuary overlooking the Aegean that emphasizes serene, high-design living.

On the lifestyle front, Signia by Hilton is preparing major 2026 debuts, including Signia by Hilton Tainan in Taiwan and the reimagined Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort in Florida. Later in the year, Signia by Hilton Indianapolis will become the city’s tallest hotel, featuring extensive meeting space, a rooftop sky bar, and direct convention center access.

Lifestyle Brands: Rapid Growth and Culture-Driven Experiences

Hilton’s lifestyle portfolio continues to gain momentum, with more than 60 new lifestyle hotels expected to open in 2026. Jenna Hackett, Global Category Head of Lifestyle Brand Management, highlighted that these properties will thrive in both emerging and unexpected destinations, offering stays that are locally inspired and culturally meaningful.

From refined luxury to spirited lifestyle hotels, Hilton’s 2026 pipeline underscores a commitment to expanding the boundaries of travel—inviting guests to discover the world through experiences deeply connected to culture, community, and modern luxury.
