Hilton has once again been recognized as one of the best employers in the United States, earning a place on the annual 100 Best Companies to Work For list from Great Place to Work and Fortune. The honor marks the 11th consecutive year the global hospitality company has appeared on the prestigious ranking, further solidifying its reputation as a leader in workplace culture.

The recognition comes after Hilton was named the No. 1 World’s Best Workplace in 2025, underscoring the company’s continued commitment to creating a supportive and rewarding environment for its workforce.

According to Hilton, its success stems from a people-first philosophy that places team members at the center of the business. The company believes that when employees feel empowered, connected, and valued, they are better equipped to deliver exceptional service to guests.

“At Hilton, we are in the business of people serving people – and our team members are the heart of our hospitality,” said Hilton President and CEO Chris Nassetta. “It’s because of them that we are both an exceptional place to stay and to build a career.”

With more than half a million employees worldwide, Hilton has invested heavily in programs designed to help workers develop professionally and advance their careers. Among its flagship initiatives is LAUNCH, a paid 24-month rotational program aimed at cultivating future hospitality leaders. Participants gain hands-on experience in hotel operations while also working on corporate projects that prepare them for long-term success within the company.

Hilton also partners with Guild to provide eligible U.S. employees with access to tuition-free education beginning on their first day of employment. The program offers everything from English-language instruction and professional certificates to college degree opportunities, helping employees expand their skills without taking on additional financial burdens.

Another key component of Hilton’s workplace strategy is mentorship. Through its enterprise-wide mentoring program powered by MentorcliQ, employees can connect with experienced leaders across the organization for guidance, networking, and career development. The platform uses artificial intelligence to match mentors and mentees based on professional goals, interests, and experience.

Laura Fuentes, Hilton’s chief human resources officer and head of Hilton Supply Management, said the latest recognition reflects the company’s efforts to foster a culture where employees feel a strong sense of belonging.

“Being named one of the Best Companies to Work For in the U.S. reflects what our team members experience every day at Hilton,” Fuentes said. “A culture where people feel they truly belong, are supported to grow, and are inspired to do their best work.”

As competition for talent remains fierce across industries, Hilton’s continued recognition highlights the growing importance of investing in employee growth, well-being, and career advancement.
