Palm Garden Nevis is entering a new chapter of sustainable luxury with the completion of a major renewable energy project and the launch of construction on an ambitious new attraction, Bar 29. Together, these initiatives reinforce the estate’s commitment to environmental responsibility, cultural preservation, and elevated guest experiences in the Caribbean.
Located on six acres in Nevis, Palm Garden Nevis has successfully transitioned to operating on 100 percent clean, renewable energy through a newly completed solar infrastructure system. The project includes an extensive network of solar panels paired with advanced battery storage technology, allowing the estate to generate and manage its own power supply throughout the day and evening.
The investment significantly reduces dependence on traditional energy sources while supporting uninterrupted operations across accommodations, event venues, and guest facilities. The achievement positions Palm Garden Nevis among a select group of privately owned Caribbean estates operating entirely on renewable energy.

In addition to its sustainability milestone, the estate has announced the development of Bar 29, a unique rum destination celebrating the rich traditions of the Caribbean. The venue will feature exceptional rums from twenty-nine rum-producing nations surrounding the Caribbean Sea, offering visitors an immersive journey through one of the region’s most iconic exports.
Designed as both a social gathering place and educational experience, Bar 29 will provide curated tastings and guided explorations that highlight the distinct flavors, production methods, and cultural influences behind each country’s rum heritage.
Beyond its new developments, Palm Garden Nevis remains known for its remarkable botanical collection. The estate showcases 108 species of palms and 39 varieties of trees sourced from around the world, creating a lush tropical landscape that serves as a centerpiece of the visitor experience. Guests can also enjoy “Palms of Music,” the estate’s signature nighttime light and music show that transforms the gardens after sunset.
The property also features five event venues capable of hosting gatherings ranging from intimate celebrations to events for up to 1,000 guests, along with two luxury villas offering private chef services and concierge support.
