Author KimiRhochelle Fields-Porter is turning the release of her memoir, If I Could Only Tell!, into an immersive experience with a limited-edition collection designed to give readers more than just a book.
Fields-Porter is creating only 100 numbered Founding Member Collector’s Editions of the memoir, with select copies being provided to media members and influencers for editorial, interview, review and social consideration.
Rather than simply mailing the memoir in a traditional package, Fields-Porter has developed a presentation intended to make receiving the book part of the story itself. The limited editions feature personalized details, special packaging and collector-focused elements that reflect the author’s vision for the project.
Each selected media and influencer recipient will receive a personally signed copy of If I Could Only Tell! accompanied by an individually numbered Certificate of Authenticity. The package also includes a personal “Welcome Home” letter, an African Connection luxury gift sample voucher, special collector presentation packaging and complimentary shipping.
Recipients will also have access to select Founding Member updates and experiences as the project moves forward.
The memoir’s rollout is being described as “Act II — The Story Continues,” reflecting Fields-Porter’s decision to expand the project beyond the traditional book launch.
