The U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Tourism has officially unveiled the performance lineup for the 74th Annual St. Thomas Carnival Village—and it’s shaping up to be one of the most electrifying celebrations in the Caribbean this year.
Headlining the highly anticipated festivities are hip-hop legend Busta Rhymes, soca powerhouse Patrice Roberts, and St. Thomas–born duo R. City, bringing together an international mix of sounds that reflect the cultural heartbeat of the Virgin Islands.
Set to take place over six nights of free performances, the Carnival Village will once again transform St. Thomas into a hub of music, energy, and island pride. The event, organized in partnership with the U.S. Virgin Islands Division of Festivals, continues its long-standing tradition of blending global talent with strong representation from local artists.
Tourism Commissioner Jennifer Matarangas-King emphasized the importance of that balance, noting that this year’s lineup reflects both international appeal and a deep commitment to showcasing homegrown talent. Local performers including Th3rd, Goyo, Star Martin, Mic Love, Nikki Brooks, Temisha, Shaw HP, Rudy Live, Adam O, and Pumpa are all slated to take the stage throughout the week.

Beyond the headliners, the lineup reads like a celebration of Caribbean music at its finest. Legendary reggae band Steel Pulse will bring their timeless sound to the Village, while soca favorites Destra and Alison Hinds promise high-energy performances. Fans can also look forward to appearances by Voice and Full Blown, adding even more variety to the week’s musical offerings.
One of the standout moments will be the Bouyon Fest, featuring acts like Trilla G, Shelly, Reo, and Trev Li—bringing a pulsating, genre-blending sound that continues to grow in popularity across the Caribbean.
According to Ian Turnbull, Director of the Division of Festivals, the Carnival is more than just entertainment—it’s a reflection of identity and tradition. The annual celebration captures the spirit of the Virgin Islands, blending music, culture, and community into an experience that resonates with both locals and visitors.
As one of the region’s most beloved cultural events, the St. Thomas Carnival Village continues to draw global attention while staying rooted in its mission to uplift Virgin Islands talent. With a lineup this dynamic, the 74th staging is poised to deliver unforgettable performances and a vibrant showcase of Caribbean excellence.
For attendees, it’s not just a concert series—it’s a full cultural immersion where music, heritage, and celebration collide under the island sky.
