Famed Spice Master, Lior Lev Sercarz of New York City’s La Boîte Partners with ‘Chopped: Sweets’ Winner and Omni Executive Pastry Chef Leen Nunn to Create Must-Try Spiced Hot Chocolate

Omni Hotels & Resorts unveiled a new collaboration between two extraordinary like-minded chefs this holiday season. Famed spice master, Lior Lev Sercarz of New York City’s La Boîte and “Chopped: Sweets” winner and Omni Executive Pastry Chef Leen Nunn shared the brilliance of their craft as they co-created Stirring up Nostalgia, a limited-edition artisanal hot chocolate made with an elevated spice blend and marshmallow confections. The artisanal menu of must-try spiced chocolates are available at all Omni Hotels & Resorts until January 31.  The price of a hot chocolate is about $7 and varies per property. Hot chocolate connoisseurs – locals and guests alike – can experience two bespoke recipes that mix premium dark and milk chocolate and myriad “Merry Add-Ons,” including:   ·       Classic – Omni’s signature blend of cinnamon, clove, and cardamom from Chef Lior, recalling a nostalgic taste of childhood, but with a kick. ·       Local – Omni Berkshire Place’s Mocha White Choco, White Hot Chocolate or Espresso, Topped with White Chocolate ·       Sweet – Garnished with a gourmet marshmallow, handcrafted, and lovingly molded into the shape of a teddy bear for an extra sweet, whimsical treat. ·       Spirited – A special toast to the season with a touch of Baileys, Kahlúa, Crème de Menthe, Peppermint Schnapps, or Dark Rum to make the spirit bright. ·       Bright – Omni’s decadent hot chocolate blend paired with fair-trade espresso to create an intense, lingering chocolate experience for true cocoa and coffee lovers alike.   Take a break from the holiday hustle and bustle and pop into the Omni Berkshire Place for a warm artisanal hot chocolate.
