After two years of R&D and consumer testing, Mojave Mallows has announced a launch date for their line of organic marshmallows. The company bucks convention by replacing corn syrup and artificial additives with raw ingredients including dates and vanilla beans, and has received attention for its use of sustainable packaging.
“For any new business, achieving organic certification isn’t easy, and in our category it hasn’t been done before. But we know from our data that it fills a real gap in providing a better marshmallow option.” -Stephanie Chan, CEO.
Mojave Mallows will be attending the upcoming Organic Week in Washington, DC, as a guest of the Organic Trade Association.
Presale opens May 2nd via the company’s crowdfunding campaign, and interested parties can reserve units starting today through the company’s website. Mojave Mallows plans to have its first highly anticipated batch ready to ship by the end of May.
Mojave Mallows is a women and minority owned business founded in Joshua Tree, California in 2021, specializing in organic, kosher, non-GMO and non-gluten products.
