The NYC Minority Small Business Chamber of Commerce, Inc. was formed to foster commerce & trade in the entire New York City Community and beyond!  The New York City Minority Small Business Chamber of Commerce, Inc. was formed on November 2, 2023 in New York State.

The New York City Minority Small Business Chamber of Commerce, Inc. Formed in New York State on November 2nd, 2023 in New York State.

The corporation was formed for the purpose of: fostering trade and commerce in the entire New York City Community and beyond, with an emphasis on minority businessmen and businesswomen, and to advance the interest of those entrepreneurs carrying on such trade and commerce; to promote the general welfare and prosperity of the New York City Community; to reform abuses involving business, professional or financial interest; to secure freedom from unjust or unlawful exactions; to diffuse accurate and reliable information as to the standing of merchants and other matters of trade and commerce; to settle and adjust differences between the corporation’s members and others, and to promote enhanced and friendly intercourse among businesspeople; to advance the civic, commercial, industrial, and agricultural interests of the New York City community and others; and to provide such features as will promote these purposes and to stimulate public and private sentiment to these ends.

Phil Andrews, Founding President – The New York City Minority Small Business Chamber of Commerce, Inc.

About: Founding President Phil Andrews – Mr. Andrews is a native of native of Brooklyn, New York and raised in what he calls Marcy Housing Development. He is a graduate of Brooklyn Technical School one of the nation’s top high schools. In 2019 Mr. Andrews was named the 2019 Metro District Office of the United States Small Business Administration Small Business Champion for 14 counties Downstate, New York which services includes New York City, Long Island, and the surrounding area.
