Hilton and Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) are celebrating the one-year anniversary of their exclusive partnership, marking a milestone that has transformed the landscape of luxury travel. Since joining forces in 2024, the collaboration has added more than 450 boutique hotels to Hilton’s portfolio—averaging more than one new SLH property each week—and expanded Hilton’s reach to 12 new countries.

The partnership gives Hilton Honors members access to an extraordinary collection of small, independent luxury hotels around the globe, now available to book directly through Hilton’s platforms. From secluded coastal villas in the Caribbean to historic European retreats and Asian jungle sanctuaries, the partnership has opened new opportunities for travelers to earn and redeem Points in more than 90 countries.

“Hilton’s luxury portfolio is a priority growth category for us,” said John Rogers, Hilton’s senior vice president of brand management for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific. “Our partnership with Small Luxury Hotels of the World is key to that growth, helping hotel owners benefit from Hilton’s strong commercial engine by connecting them to more than 226 million Hilton Honors members.”

The collaboration has not only expanded travel options but also boosted performance for SLH’s member properties. According to Hilton, traffic to SLH hotels via Hilton’s digital booking channels increased 78% year-over-year as of July. Participating hotels benefit from Hilton’s powerful marketing reach, global reservation network, and loyalty base—while maintaining their distinctive charm and independence.

“This has been our strongest collaboration,” said Richard Hyde, chief operating officer of Small Luxury Hotels of the World. “It’s driving significant bookings for our participating member hotels and attracting even more properties to our portfolio.”

For travelers, the partnership means more personalized, one-of-a-kind experiences that celebrate local culture and authenticity. Guests can stay everywhere from The Liming Bequia, an intimate Caribbean villa resort in Saint Vincent & the Grenadines, to rustic lodges, treehouses, and rainforest retreats around the world.

Together, Hilton and SLH are redefining luxury travel by blending global access with boutique individuality. As the partnership enters its second year, Hilton Honors members can look forward to even more destinations, more dream stays, and more ways to experience luxury—one small, extraordinary hotel at a time.
