New Yorkers looking to stretch, strengthen, and recharge outdoors this summer are in luck. Bryant Park Yoga presented by Halara is returning for its 23rd season, offering free yoga classes twice a week through September 16.

The popular outdoor fitness program has become one of New York City’s most beloved summer traditions, drawing thousands of participants each year to the iconic Midtown Manhattan park. Open to all ages and experience levels, the series combines expert instruction with the unique experience of practicing yoga in one of the city’s busiest public spaces.

Classes will take place every Tuesday at 10 a.m. on Bryant Park’s Upper Terrace and every Wednesday at 6 p.m. on the park’s lawn. Participants can expect a diverse lineup of instructors representing a variety of yoga styles, from gentle meditative sessions to more energetic Vinyasa flows.

According to Bryant Park Corporation Executive Director Daniel Biederman, the program continues to grow in popularity as more people seek opportunities to connect through wellness and movement.

“Providing space for all levels of yoga lovers to gather and move together is important to us,” Biederman said. “Each year we are inspired by the increasing number of participants who continue to choose Bryant Park to explore a variety of classes and styles of yoga in a fresh-air setting.”

Returning for a second year as presenting sponsor is athleisure brand Halara, which plans to enhance select classes with interactive experiences and wellness-focused activations. Among the attractions will be an AI-powered fitting mirror, opportunities to explore the brand’s UltraSculpt leggings, and community engagement spaces designed to encourage connection among participants.

“Halara is excited to return to Bryant Park for another summer of movement in New York City,” said Cya Zhang, co-founder and global brand growth lead for the company.

The 2026 season will also feature support from returning partner Lifeway Foods and welcome Time Out as the official media partner for the first time.

Since launching more than two decades ago, Bryant Park Yoga has become a cornerstone of the park’s extensive lineup of free public programming. The series reflects the broader mission of Bryant Park Corporation, which hosts cultural, recreational, and fitness events throughout the year for millions of visitors.

Organizers note that registration is required for participation, and there will be no classes held on June 23, June 24, June 30, or July 1.

For city residents and visitors alike, Bryant Park Yoga offers an accessible way to stay active, reduce stress, and enjoy the outdoors while surrounded by Manhattan’s iconic skyline.
