Internationally acclaimed street artist CeeT Fouad will bring his distinctive Chicanos characters to L’Aventure in Paris during Art Basel Paris, as the luxury hotel, restaurant and nightlife destination launches its contemporary art program with an exclusive exhibition.

The exhibition will take place Oct. 21-22 at L’Aventure, located at 4 avenue Victor Hugo in Paris’ 16th arrondissement. An invitation-only opening reception is scheduled for Oct. 20 at 7 p.m., with the exhibition open to visitors from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Oct. 21 and 22.

Known for his vibrant visual language and playful approach to street art, CeeT Fouad emerged from graffiti culture and has developed an international following through his distinctive Chicanos characters. His work combines humor and spontaneity with observations about identity, freedom, crowds and the human condition.

While graffiti remains an important part of his artistic background, his practice has expanded to include paintings, sculptures, installations and immersive environments exhibited internationally. His work brings the energy of street culture into contemporary art spaces, creating a visual experience that balances accessibility with deeper reflections on society and human behavior.

At L’Aventure, the exhibition will unfold within an elaborate setting that brings together hospitality, design and artistic expression. Conceived by Vincent Darré and Martin Brudnizki, the property combines a five-star hotel, restaurant and club in an environment shaped by Art Deco influences, mythology, sculptural furnishings, rich velvets and dramatic lighting.

The venue’s theatrical interiors provide a fitting backdrop for Fouad’s colorful characters and imaginative compositions. Organizers envision the exhibition as an immersive experience in which contemporary art becomes part of the atmosphere, inviting guests to encounter the work within an unconventional gallery setting.

The collaboration reflects a shared interest in storytelling, creativity and carefully constructed visual worlds. By presenting Fouad’s work during one of the international art calendar’s major events, L’Aventure aims to connect contemporary street art with Paris’ broader cultural and design communities.

The exhibition also marks the beginning of L’Aventure’s artistic programming, positioning the property as a destination where art, hospitality, dining and nightlife intersect.

L’Aventure is part of Beaumarly, the hospitality group founded by Gilbert and Thierry Costes. For more than four decades, the group has developed cafes, restaurants, hotels and clubs that combine architecture, design, cuisine and cultural experiences.

With Fouad’s Chicanos taking center stage, L’Aventure’s Art Basel Paris program offers visitors an opportunity to experience street art in an intimate luxury setting while exploring the evolving relationship between contemporary art and hospitality.
