After nearly two decades of sharing her personal life with millions of television viewers, Teresa Giudice is ready to tell her story from a different perspective. The Real Housewives of New Jersey original cast member is releasing a new memoir, The Queen of New Jersey, on November 17, 2026, offering a candid look at the relationships, controversies and life-changing experiences that made her one of reality television’s most recognizable personalities.
The New York Times-bestselling author and entrepreneur is taking a closer look at her past, including some of the most talked-about moments from her nearly 20-year run on Bravo. Interestingly, the inspiration for the book came from an unexpected source: her eldest daughter, Gia.
After Gia began watching The Real Housewives of New Jersey from its first season, she started asking questions about the family’s history and the events that unfolded on camera. The experience prompted Teresa to revisit the series herself, something she had never previously done.
Watching her younger self proved to be an emotional experience. She began reflecting on the marriage she fought to protect, friendships and family relationships that deteriorated publicly, and decisions she made during moments of anger and hurt.
In The Queen of New Jersey, Teresa looks back with the perspective that comes with age, acknowledging that there are moments she might approach differently today. Rather than simply reopening old arguments, she explores personal growth, family, forgiveness and the importance of finding peace.
The memoir arrives during a particularly significant year for the reality television personality. As Bravo celebrates 20 years of The Real Housewives, Giudice is appearing in the anniversary edition of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip. Meanwhile, The Real Housewives of New Jersey is expected to return later this year.
Beyond reality television, Giudice has established a career in publishing and entrepreneurship. She has written four cookbooks, including Skinny Italian and titles in her Fabulicious! series, along with two previous memoirs. Her book Turning the Tables reached No. 2 on The New York Times bestseller list.
She also launched Sempre, a skincare line inspired in part by her own and her four daughters’ experiences with skin concerns.
With her latest memoir, Giudice is revisiting the experiences that shaped her public image while reflecting on raising four daughters, navigating divorce, finding second-chance love and rebuilding family relationships.
After years of having her life examined by viewers, The Queen of New Jersey gives Teresa an opportunity to examine that journey herself.
