Born in Paterson, NJ, and raised in Teaneck, NJ, John Jones-Gailes, also known as DJ Pinnacle, has been known as one of the most influential and professional African-American DJs in the state.
Although Pinnacle is mainly known for his recognition in the DJ game, he also represents “Da Union DJs,” a group of local DJ professionals that perform and host events within the community. Working alongside FunkMaster Flex, DJ Envy, DJ Camilo, DJ Self, and other popular DJ engineers within the area has given Pinnacle the building blocks to advance his techniques in the music industry and community.
He is also a member of the MP3WAXX.COM as one of their top DJ artists to work with. Furthermore, Pinnacle advances his skill sets not only in the nightlife industry, but music industry as well. DJ Pinnacle has been featured on radio stations such as SiriusXM and DTLR Radio specials as well. This allows himself to network and connect with other main platforms giving him high amounts of respect in his local community.
Pinnacle has even performed at weddings, nightclubs, and corporate events in the Tri-State area. Within his music career, Pinnacle has been able to build strong connections with professional mentors and top record labels in the music game. From Def Jam Records to Warner Records, he has been a popular participant in the evolution of the music world.
One of the resilient highlights in his music career would be his DJ performance opening up for hip-hop artists Aboogie with Da Hoodie, Fetty Wap, and Feli Fame. This explains the adversity and opportunities that Pinnacle has absorbed in the music business not only as a DJ but as an influential advocate. DJ Pinnacle’s resume speaks for itself as he continues to diversify his markets within the community while also positively branding himself in the music, radio, and event planning industry.
