Patricia Watts is a living example of how one person’s vision, grit, and compassion can ripple across the globe. A proud Brooklyn native, Patricia’s story began with a commitment to serve, one that would span decades and leave a lasting legacy in both military and civilian spheres.

For 22 years, Patricia served in the U.S. Army, rising through the ranks as a military intelligence leader. Her dedication and excellence earned her some of the nation’s highest honors, including the Bronze Star, the Legion of Merit, and the Volunteerism Medal. But it was her humanitarian work in Afghanistan that truly reshaped her mission. Leading initiatives to feed, educate, and protect girls and children, Patricia gave U.S. forces a purpose beyond war, offering hope and opportunity to communities in crisis.

After retiring from military service in 2007, Patricia’s commitment to her country did not end. She transitioned into roles at the Pentagon and the U.S. State Department, where she worked on cyber policy, strategic planning, and strengthening U.S.–Africa public diplomacy ties. Yet, even as she navigated the halls of government, Patricia was planting seeds for a new mission, one that would empower women through business, leadership, and independence.

Patricia launched a career dedicated to helping women take control of their finances, believing that financial literacy is the foundation for freedom. She founded HERLife DC Metro Magazine, elevating the voices and stories of influential women, and created WEModel USA, a high-profile fashion platform that has been producing red-carpet events in Washington, DC since 2017. More than a showcase for glamour, WEModel USA opens doors for models to shine on global stages, offering them opportunities to build careers and networks.

In 2024, Patricia’s humanitarian impact was recognized at the highest level when she was awarded the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Medal. But rather than slowing down, she was ready to take her advocacy to new heights.

In 2025, she launched Seeds of Faith, her most ambitious project yet. This global initiative tackles human trafficking by equipping women in vulnerable communities with the tools to “glow and grow.” Through farming, business training, and entrepreneurial support, Seeds of Faith empowers women to achieve independence, dignity, and economic stability. Her vision is clear: by addressing the roots of exploitation with sustainable solutions, entire communities can be transformed.

Her work extends beyond advocacy into tangible enterprise. Patricia is developing the Cassava Crown Glow Gold Collection, a luxury skincare line inspired by her mission, a symbol of beauty, resilience, and empowerment. She also designed a 20-week training program for at-risk women, teaching financial literacy, business fundamentals, and providing franchising opportunities to create generational wealth.

Patricia Watts embodies the belief that business can be a weapon for good. From combat boots to business suits, she has turned her life’s experiences into a platform for change. Her journey, from soldier to strategist, publisher, entrepreneur, and global advocate, inspires a new vision of leadership: one rooted in service, driven by purpose, and dedicated to empowering women worldwide. And for Patricia, this is only the beginning.
