Harlem Shake Ignites Flavor with ‘Hell’s Kitchen’-Inspired ‘Girl is on Fire’ Combo

Harlem Shake, the award-winning fast-casual restaurant known for its burgers, shakes, and vibrant Harlem spirit, has teamed up with Broadway’s hit musical “HELL’S KITCHEN” to launch a limited-time culinary experience: the “Girl is on Fire” combo. Running through October 11, the collaboration is available exclusively at Harlem Shake’s flagship Harlem location at 100 W. 124th Street, Lenox Avenue.

The musical, inspired by the life and artistry of Alicia Keys, tells the story of Ali, a spirited 17-year-old girl discovering freedom, passion, and her place in the world. Along the way, she encounters mentors, family, and community members who help shape her journey. Relatable, raw, and infused with fun, “HELL’S KITCHEN” celebrates self-discovery and empowerment—an energy perfectly mirrored in Harlem Shake’s bold new combo.

The “Girl is on Fire” combo is designed to deliver both heat and indulgence. Featuring two Pat LaFrieda beef patties (or Impossible plant-based patties for an additional $5), pepper jack cheese, BBQ mayo, candied thick-cut bacon, blistered shishito peppers, pickles, and onions, the burger is served with regular fries and a choice of either a Mo’ Matcha milkshake (strawberry matcha flavored) or FROZÉ, Harlem Shake’s signature frozen wine beverage. Priced at $32, the combo promises to be as bold and unforgettable as the musical that inspired it.
